Hello! Our online magazine is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Copy Editor to help educate the public about end-of-life topics through thoughtful and well-written articles. We publish up to five pieces per week and need someone who can ensure accuracy, clarity, and a consistent editorial voice while maintaining AP style and following our internal guidelines. Knowledge of WordPress SEO best practices is a plus. This is a remote, part-time contract position. Role Details: - Collaborate closely with the Managing Editor who will edit first - Review and edit up to five articles per week - Focus on grammar, syntax, tone, and readability - Ensure all requirements in our publication template are met before upload Pay: $125 per month The ideal candidate has strong editing and communication skills, experience in digital publishing, and an appreciation for sensitive, meaningful storytelling.
