My in- home daycare, is looking for full time/part time assistant/Manager (Female Only) with at least one year of experience in child care field. - Performing varies activities with the children indoor and outdoor such as arts and crafts, dancing, singing, and reading. - Maintain children's records such as feeding times, behaviors, sign-in/out sheets as well as daycare charts. - Assist with lunches and snacks - prep, serve and clean. - Cleaning includes but not limited to routine cleaning such as sweeping floors indoor and out, cleaning and disinfecting tables, chairs, toys, supplies and organizing rooms. Assist in care and maintenance of the daycare, equipment, supplies and play yard. - For infants assistants will change diapers. For children who are in the process of potty training, assistant will assist with potty training during the day. - Other duties include assisting with infant feeding, dressing, sleeping, playing with and other activities. Supervision of children during playtime to protect their wellbeing and safety. Plan, adapt and schedule age appropriate curriculum involving various activities to stimulate children's cognitive skills, abilities and development children's cognitive skills, abilities and development. Seeking a competent Quality Control Inspector to do Pre & Post Inspections of Short Term Rental Properties primarily in North & West Shores Lake Tahoe. Pre Inspection responsibilities entail ensuring that the house is “guest ready” (clean, organized, stocked with household supplies, everything working as would be expected - i.e. internet, TV’s, digital locks, etc.). Post Inspections responsibilities entail checking on the house to ensure that everything is secure and accounted for (i.e. no damage, no major items missing from the house, etc.). Qualified candidates will have a strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in real-time as issues are encountered, and a willingness to “roll up sleeves” as needed in order to help bring about resolutions. Ability and willingness to shovel snow on occassion as needed in order to maintain reasonable and safe access to properties. General handyman skills are an added plus (but not required) and can serve as an additional opportunity to earn via maintenance repairs.
