





Hannibal's Catering & Events is seeking an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Cook/ Saucier and Lead Cook to produce daily sauces and hot food production in our commercial kitchen. Role & Responsibilities The primary focus of this role is high-volume production of sauces, stocks, and hot food items for our diverse menu in our catering operations. Manage daily production lists for hot food preparation. Ensure consistency and quality across all sauce recipes. Maintain impeccable standards of sanitation and organization. Collaborate effectively with the Executive Chef and kitchen management team. The Schedule & Compensation We value our team's well-being and offer a consistent, professional schedule: Schedule: Full-Time, 5-Day Work Week. Hours: Day Shifts Only (Mornings and Afternoons). Benefit: No Evening or Late-Night Shifts. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, and negotiable based on experience and demonstrated skill set. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in sauce-making and general culinary arts. Proven ability to manage time and execute large-scale production efficiently.
