Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Junior Mechanic to assist in maintaining and repairing a fleet of 15+ delivery vehicles, including FedEx-style vans and trucks. In addition to having strong basketball knowledge and coaching experience, candidates must be professional and positive and have flexible afternoon and evening schedules. A strong candidate for this position would have head coaching experience at the high school and/or collegiate levels. The official basketball season runs from November 3 through early February. Qualifications: Previous successful coaching experience at the high school level, preferably within the previous four years. Collegiate-level playing experience in this sport is highly desirable, with high school-level playing experience expected as a minimum requirement. Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to implement effective coaching theory, strategies, and techniques appropriate for high school athletes. Ability to supervise, organize, and motivate a coaching staff at all levels. Ability to motivate student-athletes to participate and sustain their interests in the program.
