Position Overview The Project Coordinator is the team’s execution expert - a detail driver and task wrangler who ensures the moving parts of our projects run smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you are focused on logistics, tracking, and follow-through. Think of this position as the air traffic controller for all things marketing, creative, and communications; if the planes were social graphics, email campaigns, event promotions, landing pages, and print collateral. You bring structure and clarity to complex projects by maintaining plans in Asana, tracking deliverables, identifying blockers early, and ensuring deadlines are met. You are hands-on and proactive, someone who knows what needs to happen next, and makes sure it does. You thrive on accuracy, consistency, and teamwork, and you take pride in supporting projects that make a statewide impact. You don’t wait for instructions - you anticipate, communicate, and keep the trains running. This role is essential to ensure that our work is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. Essential Functions Project Coordination & Task Management Manage project plans and timelines using Asana; set up tasks, assign owners, and maintain deadlines. Track day-to-day progress of campaigns, creative deliverables, and communications initiatives. Ensure cross-functional teams have what they need to keep moving, flagging blockers and tracking dependencies. Perform final checks for scheduling conflicts, resourcing issues, and missed details. Ownership of Asana as a Core Tool Serve as the department’s lead Asana user: entering and updating tasks, maintaining project accuracy, and enforcing standards. Uphold naming conventions, organizational structure, and best practices within the platform. Ensure project dashboards, calendars, and timelines are always up to date. Communication & Documentation Document meeting notes and follow-ups with clear action items and responsible parties. Keep stakeholders informed through timely updates and status tracking. Raise issues early and clearly. Process Support & Continuous Improvement Identify inefficiencies or pain points and suggest improvements that enhance productivity and workflow. Support new tools, processes, and ideas with an open mind and collaborative spirit. Show initiative and flexibility in supporting the department’s goals and team needs. Requirements Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. At least 1 year of project coordination, production support, or administrative experience in a creative or communications environment. Hands-on experience with project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Position Requirements Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail with a follow-through mindset - you catch what others miss. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using collaborative tools (e.g., Asana, Zoom). Ability to remain adaptable, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure. A team player with the confidence to work independently when needed. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Role Overview We are seeking Product Owners to join the Digital Services team in Titusville, NJ. This hybrid role requires being onsite 3 days per week. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of digital and cross-functional services, driving strategy, and ensuring alignment with business priorities across multiple product groups. This position starts as a 6–12 month contract, with the strong possibility of transitioning to a full-time hire and it's available for citizens or GC holders only. There's no visa sponsorship. Responsibilities Serve as the voice of the customer and business within cross-functional digital initiatives. Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs aligned with strategic business goals. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to expand digital service reach and adoption. Lead the creation of a hub-and-spoke model to connect disparate product groups and services. Build roadmaps and set clear milestones to enable faster speed to market and improved interoperability. Support regulatory service needs by understanding requirements, building backlogs, and delivering compliant solutions. Drive alignment on content channel syndication and cross-product service integration. Communicate product strategy, vision, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a large, complex organization. Strong background in digital services, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement. Proven experience building and managing product roadmaps and backlogs. Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, APIs, and cross-platform integrations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Based in New Jersey, with availability to work onsite at least 3 days per week. One Royal Culture Short Story We have a current opening for a Project Manager to support our Infrastructure projects. This position can sit out of either office locations: Sacramento, CA Pleasanton, CA Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities: Build and maintain relationship with General Contractors and/or Project Owners, Subcontractors and vendors that promote project success. Be the point person from the preconstruction phase to the project closeout phase. Properly delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members and ensure entire project team thoroughly understands project. Facilitate coordination between Field Operations and Preconstruction (preplanning, prefabrication) and actively engage in implementation of project plan. Review construction documents for inconsistencies and develop RFIs. Perform detailed estimates of revised construction documents and provide clarifications with clear and concise inclusions/exclusions. Review and interpret specifications to understand project requirements, coordinate discrepancies with contract documents, redline and/or provide cost for items outside of basis of design-on-design build/design assist projects. Create subcontracts while working towards buyout from estimate; include subcontract terms and conditions that limit company risk and clearly identify project scope inclusions and exclusions to set project expectations. Partner with Contracts to review and interpret contract language, confirm contract scope inclusions and exclusions are conducive to proposal letter, determine timelines for required notices/rights/remedies, and ensure milestones in base bid schedule are achievable as depicted. Early identification of long lead items; ensure all project procurement is properly tracked and released conducive to schedule milestones. Setup project budget with assistance from Estimating to work towards buyouts and early recognition of actual realized costs in labor, material, subcontractor, equipment, and overhead cost. Understand the difference between lump sum contracts and unit price contracts. Verify budget after upload confirming contract, budget, and billing are accurate in Spectrum. Determine project labor tracking strategy and setup labor codes congruent with required labor tracking. Gather hours from Superintendent and Foreman and verify with project team. Monitor and own the overall procurement and construction schedule and escalate any possible impacts by coordinating with the customer, giving notice as required and maintain documentation for such impacts. Collect feedback from field team to present accurate information for CTCs. Create projection for CTCs and provide to Project Executive for review. Prepare accurate cost projections for each project monthly. Stay actively engaged with labor tracking and weekly look ahead schedules to mitigate any potential impacts to the project schedule or financial status. Oversee timely project requirements and documentation including but not limited to submittals, RFI’s, delay notices, potential claims, and extended overheads. Maximize cash flow by balancing project cost with timing of project income, facilitating buy outs according to the schedule and project plan with estimating and project teams, understanding labor and material trends, creating balanced and accurate budget and Schedule of Values, submitting billings, and negotiating change orders.
