About the team and role Identity and Fraud Product Team You’ll be joining a strategic product team focused on building and scaling authoritative data identity solutions globally. This team is responsible for integrating and managing relationships with credit bureaus, public record data sources, and other authoritative data providers to ensure the highest standards of identity verification. Head of Product – Authoritative Data Identity Solutions As Head of Product, you will lead the global strategy and execution for authoritative data identity solutions. You will own and nurture relationships with key data providers including credit bureaus and public record sources, and manage a globally distributed product team. Your leadership will be critical in shaping the future of identity verification through trusted data partnerships and innovative product development. What you will do Define and execute the global product strategy for authoritative data identity solutions. Own and manage relationships with credit bureaus, public record data providers, and other authoritative sources. Lead a globally distributed product team, fostering collaboration and high performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, data science, and compliance teams. Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation. Ensure product compliance with global regulatory standards including KYC, AML, and GDPR. Represent the product vision in customer engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships. Skills we are looking for Extensive experience in product leadership, preferably in identity verification or data-driven products. Strong understanding of authoritative data sources including credit bureaus and public records. Proven ability to manage and inspire globally distributed teams. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with external partners. Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering impactful product outcomes. Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, and GDPR. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
