We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team at Fix Auto Tacoma South. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models. This individual must be quality-minded, hardworking, and dedicated to meeting the highest industry level. Must be able to work individually and part of a multi-functioning team. Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Duties: - Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame repairs. - Disassemble and reassembly vehicle components as necessary for repairs. - Utilize welding and fabrication techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition. - Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damage and necessary repairs. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements: - At least 3 year minimum of auto body repair experience. - I-CAR certification (preferred). - Proven experience in auto body repairs. - Able to read estimates and write supplements. - Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (preferred). - Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
