Responsibilities Install Insulation: Apply insulation materials to pipes, ducts, tanks, boilers, and other mechanical systems according to specifications and safety standards. Read Blueprints & Specs: Interpret construction documents and follow job specific requirements. Work Safely: Follow all OSHA and site safety rules, including proper use of PPE. Material Handling: Safely lift, move, and stage insulation materials (up to 50 lbs). Adapt to Conditions: Perform work in hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors. Access Work Areas: Climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and maneuver in elevated or restricted areas. Qualifications Minimum 4 years experience as a journey-level mechanical insulator.
