Job description:
We are a residential general contractor specializing in kitchen, bath, flooring, and outdoor living remodels. We’re seeking skilled, self-starting subcontractors who deliver high-quality workmanship on piecework or project-based jobs with defined outcomes and deadlines.
Despite being a short job listing, our intention is to find experienced professionals who already know what it takes to complete a job right. Rather than listing every task a good subcontractor should already know, we’re focusing on high-level qualities—initiative, reliability, and craftsmanship. Your work should stand out among the best being done in New Mexico.
Requirements
• Must have valid driver license and a reliable vehicle.
• Must have a reliable smartphone.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have experience in all phases of remodeling construction.
• Must be ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
• Candidates must carry or be willing to obtain general liability insurance ($300K minimum: $300,000 Each Occurrence Limit (Bodily Injury and Property Damage), $300,000 General Aggregate per Project, $300,000 Products & Completed Operations Aggregate, $300,000 Personal and Advertising Injury Limit, $300,000 Personal and Advertising Injury Limit).
