We are a local company, and we are hiring today! We are looking for a site manager to work with adults with developmental disabilities in a supported living setting. Your job will be to help enrich the lives of the people that we work with, in whatever capacity they require. The people we support deserve to have people work with them in a caring and compassionate way while maintaining boundaries and focus. You must be ethical, punctual, patient, supportive and able to follow plans while being flexible. We are currently hiring a manage with a $1000.00 hiring bonus when you have successfully met the requirements. To qualify for employment as a manager you must also meet the following requirements: Over the age of 21 Pass a criminal FBI fingerprint background check Have a valid drivers license, car and insurance Have at least one year of experience working in Supported living Have relevant experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors We provide all of the paid training! Company sponsored health insurance, dental and vision are also available. We offer company paid life insurance for full time employees as well as the option to purchase more. After one year of employment, you are eligible to participate in our IRA so someday you can retire! We provide paid vacation and paid sick time above the state requirements. MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with persons with disabilities is helpful but not necessary.
