Position: Guest Service Representative/Spa Coordinator Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative/Spa Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a leader in personal care and aesthetics since 1982, Spa Sydell is dedicated to providing exceptional service while creating an atmosphere of wellness and rejuvenation for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor Efficiently check in and check out guests Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling as needed Process payments and sales transactions accurately Promote spa services and memberships to clients Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism Assist in executing promotional events and seasonal campaigns Support the spa team by contributing to a positive and enjoyable workplace culture Schedule: Shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours Weekend availability is essential Our operating hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM. This position is available as either part-time or full-time. Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, with comprehensive training provided.
