Physical Requirements: • Physical stamina (ability to lift heavy objects as needed, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, etc.) • Perform various construction tasks such as airless paint spraying, rolling, brushing, restoring and caulking • Use power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Additional Requirements: • Must have valid driver's license & insurance and reliable transportation. • Must have basic hand tools. • Must have logical decision-making skills. • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. • Must be willing and able to follow directions, processes, and instructions as provided. Duties - Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Mix and match colors for touch-ups and complete projects - Perform minor carpentry work related to painting projects - Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines Skills - Proficiency in drywall repair and installation - Ability to maintain and repair painting equipment - Experience in fixture installation for accurate painting around objects - Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques - Proficient in trim carpentry for precise finishing touches - Carpentry skills to assist with various tasks related to painting

We clean chimneys in apartment communities. We clean from the roof. We don't go inside. We use a patented system. You will need good ladder climbing skills and no fear of heights. Good skills with cordless drills and Sheet Metal. We will travel. We will go to Indianapolis, Chicago Milwaukee Cincinnati. I will pay for good hotel rooms and three meals a day. We will travel in a nice Tahoe. I need four people. Bring a friend. I will pay anyone extra who brings some body that can do the job. 2-3 weeks only.

Solar PV Installer/PV Installer Apprentice (Honolulu, Hawaii) PhotonWorks Engineering LLP., a Honolulu based a design/build, electrical and solar integration company is looking for experienced solar PV installers to join our dedicated team of professionals. If you have any issues or doubts that you might not have what it takes then don’t waste our time or yours. Duties: 1. Install residential and commercial PV systems which are code compliant. 2. Be able to work without supervision laying out materials and manpower if required. 3. Perform all tasks in workmanlike manner. 4. Comply with Company safety and OSHA safety requirements. 5. Be able to complete accurate takeoffs for material and labor from plans and specifications. 6. Meet with City & County inspectors for required inspections. 7. Use hand tools to complete assigned jobs. 8. Maintain current driver's license and Hawaii no fault insurance. 9. Report to work during working hours 7:00am to 4:00pm 10. Represent PhotonWorks in a professional manner. Special Requirements: • Knowledge of electrical and/or general construction practice • Safely complete assigned jobs according to contract specs. • Working knowledge of NEC and PV systems. • Be able to physically do the work assigned. • Must pass pre-employment drug screen • NABCEP certification is desired but not required Highly sought after individual characteristics include: o Positive attitude, self-starter and very detailed. o High level of ethics and professionalism - Team player. o Strong problem solving skills. o Ability to successfully meet deadlines within a challenging and demanding environment.
