The Role: Here's your chance to play a crucial role in shaping the customer's experience from the moment they step into our store. As a Visual Display and Sales Associate, your creativity and passion for design will be instrumental in creating compelling visual displays that highlight our products' quality and uniqueness. In addition to your visual merchandising responsibilities, you'll engage with customers, providing them with knowledgeable service and support to drive sales and foster loyalty. Responsibilities: Design and implement attractive visual displays in windows and store interiors that captivate and engage customers Ensure that the visual presentation of the store is consistent with our brand standards and product positioning Collaborate with the sales team to understand product features, benefits, and inventory to effectively promote merchandise Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to questions, and handling sales transactions Participate in inventory management, including restocking and organizing products on the sales floor Stay informed about current trends in visual merchandising and retail design to keep our presentations fresh and appealing Assist in planning and executing promotional events and seasonal displays to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities Provide feedback to management on customer reactions and the effectiveness of visual displays Requirements: Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related field is preferred A strong aesthetic sense and creative design skills, with the ability to translate concepts into effective visual presentations Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, outgoing personality Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Capable of lifting and moving heavy items and climbing ladders as needed A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive salary and performance bonuses Employee discounts on merchandise Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company A supportive and creative work environment where your ideas and contributions are value

The Historic Theater The largest of The Music Hall’s venues, the Historic Theater bar sees the highest volume of patrons and a fast-paced bar scene. Concessions are served over the counter at two bar locations, with service offered pre-show and during intermissions. This space requires efficiency, strong communication, and the ability to keep up with high demand while maintaining excellent guest service. The Lounge Just a block from the Historic Theater, The Music Hall Lounge provides a more intimate, nightclub-style atmosphere with flexible seating. Guests enjoy a mixed cocktail list and a small bites menu, all ordered and delivered through table service. Bartenders in this venue balance speed and creativity with personalized service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
