When not delivering to customers this position assists in the warehouse with breaking down racks of laundered linens, putting away back stock.  This position performs light janitorial work (such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restroom, wiping down surfaces).  The position also assists the Service Center Manager with special projects, as directed. Candidates will occasionally pick up soil linen from our customers. Candidates must have a clean driving record with at least 1 year of customer service or related delivery experience.   Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Shifts: Sunday through Saturday 7PM - 2:30AM Cook: Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and maintaining high standards of food quality. Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and served in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist with inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Dishwasher: Clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors and counters. Organize and store clean dishes and utensils. Assist with other cleaning duties as needed. Barback: Support bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Restock liquor, beer, and supplies throughout the shift. Assist in cleaning glasses, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar area stays clean. Help with deliveries and setting up bar stations. Requirements: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or bar environment is a plus, but not required. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Route Relief Driver                                                                              $23.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE You will join our team as a full-time Route Relief Driver. You will ensure that all customer invoicing and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, prior to each delivery day, you will review customer paperwork for special needs – identifying upsell opportunities, and how to best position our products or services to meet client’s needs.   Other responsibilities include: Loading and unloading product Organizing and securing products in your vehicle Delivering fresh product, and collecting soiled product for laundering Consistently building rapport with customers, and adding value through your delivery Monitoring and seeking feedback from customers on perceived levels of service Consulting customers on additional product options Collaborating with Route Managers, Service Managers and Key Account Managers to creating solutions for current customer needs.
