Job Responsibilities: • Post and reconcile customer payments with precision and attention to detail • Prepare daily deposit and verify all transactions for accuracy • Research and resolve payment discrepancies and adjust as necessary • Establish and maintain customer account records including new account set up and updates • Review, verify and maintain sales tax exemption documents for compliance • Monitor departmental inbox and respond promptly to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy • Provide administrative support to the accounts receivable team Job Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role (Accounts Receivable experience preferred). • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems a plus. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
