$100 Space for classes or programs (Highland)

We are a martial arts studio located in Highland, IN. We would love to see our space used for more classes or other programs. Rental price is negotiable based on time used. Ideas for use are flexible. However, it is not an event/party space or co-working space. We want it to be something compatible with what we do.
