Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. Strong technical background in embedded systems, IoT devices , Smart Camera or AI technologies. Experience managing multiple engineering teams, driving large-scale projects, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and modern engineering practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical topics to executive stakeholders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
