Position: Christian Preschool Teacher Days: Monday - Friday Full-Time Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Compensation: • $25/hour Benefits: • 403(b), 4% matching • Health, vision, and dental insurance • Paid time off General Function: The Village Little Preschool Teacher assumes responsibility for supervising, planning, and executing activities within a nurturing classroom environment rooted in Christian values. Our program emphasizes a love for Jesus, embraces teachings from the Holy Bible, and prioritizes prayer. Qualifications: • Strong commitment to the Christian faith, with the ability to effectively incorporate biblical teachings into lesson plans. • Minimum of 12 semester (18 quarter) units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) that cover the general areas of child growth and development, or human growth and development; child, family and community, or child and family; and program/curriculum. Transcripts must be submitted before interview scheduling. • At least 6 months of relevant experience. Physical Demands: • Sharp visual and auditory acuity to respond to critical incidents promptly, along with physical agility to navigate emergency situations. • Proficiency in leading group activities and performing related physical tasks. • Capability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, push, and pull for extended periods. • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. • Willingness to work with 2-year-old children and handle diaper-changing duties.

You must be patient, friendly and a qualified good driver with excellent driving practices ***This position requires a specific California DMV Driving Instructor License.
