Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist guests as they arrive or contact us. Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing inquiries about our programs and services. Schedule and confirm appointments for guests and beauty services. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointment details. Resolve guest concerns and provide support in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient working environment. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Prior experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Availability for various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
