QuickBooks Bookkeeping Enter vendor bills, invoices, receipts, and customer payments in QuickBooks. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Generate QuickBooks reports (P&L, customer invoice or statements). Oversee accounts receivable processes, including the preparation and distribution of invoices, tracking payments, and collecting on outstanding balances. Support office staff with answering phones when needed, take messages, greet walk in customers. Qualifications 2+ years of QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) experience required. Strong organizational, analytical, and data entry accuracy skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Business preferred.
