The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Director of Human Resources role in the greater Park Ridge, IL area. The position is responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing HR programs and operations, and ensuring compliance. This individual will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate policies, activities, and oversee the staff of the Human Resource department. The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $175K and a benefits package.  (This is not a remote position). Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience in studio management, education coordination, or HR/people operations. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Experience supervising or training staff in a creative or educational setting. - Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding, documentation, scheduling, performance feedback). - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Positive, solution-oriented attitude with an eye for creative detail. - Experience working with children ages 4–13 is a plus! - Proficient in Google Drive and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar). - Must have availability around holidays. - Own car and license preferred.
