Requirements You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. You have at least 3 years of professional experience with Rust and hands-on experience with Rust testing tools (e.g., cargo test, property-based testing with quickcheck). Familiarity with Rust tooling (Cargo, Clippy, rustfmt), module and crate management. Experience with code review, quality analysis, and identifying/fixing code smells and type issues⁠ Familiar with test integration in CI/CD environments. Experience using, integrating, or tutoring others with AI solutions or LLMs in Rust/test automation contexts. Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above. You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines. We will train you on installation and how to troubleshoot our product in-house. This position is approximately 50 % customer support 40 % customer service and order taking 10% product assembly/repair/installation etc Office hours 9:00am - 6:00pm. Office is located in brooklyn (11228) flushing 11357 or Staten island 10309 Position Responsibilities will include: - 40 % customer service and order taking inculding talking to customer about new prodcuts and checkout customer - Basic troubleshooting/support of our software on our customer's computer and of our products both in-house and via remote software sessions. - repair, assembling/packing new units for sale, install and configuring software on new units and managing part inventory. These highly detailed methods coupled with analytical and sampling hardware and specifically trained stack testing specialists can produce quality emission information. When is a stack test required?
