Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system and network engineering, preferably in an MSP environment. • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers, network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and other networking protocols and services. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and data encryption. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent are highly desirable. SUMMARY Responsible for following both ChemStation food safety and food hygiene practices and rules, the Service Technician gains access to the customer’s facility to inspect, perform equipment installation and maintenance, and at times safely dispense cleaning agents and processing aids that were ordered while following agreed upon practices from the customer.
