ShareJOIN OUR TEAM TODAY The Host is the first impression of Tiffany’s Bistro and is responsible for setting the tone for the entire guest experience. The Host always greets guests in a warm and welcoming manner and properly maintains the condition of the store at all times. A professional attitude and sincere hospitality toward all guests is required at all times. The Host is fully aware of their assigned area and provides their guests with a fun experience, as well as technical issues during their visit. The Hosts are also knowledgeable and energetic to help guests with questions. Attendance is crucial-be here and be on time. Responsibilities: Perform guest services by greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile. Ensure guest area is clean and properly prepared between each guest. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Meet store operating policies and standards of safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations. Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering the guests needs through clear communication. Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift. Available to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate the needs of fellow team members. Carefully monitors the store and assists management in identifying and resolving current and potential guest problems. Restocking inventory and cleaning throughout each shift. Qualifications: Must have reliable transportation and punctuality is a must. Ability to build relationships. Basic cash handling skills including writing dollar amounts and performing basic math to determine register balance. Lift a maximum of 20 pounds approximately waist high. Work at a pace consistent with changing business volumes and demands throughout the shift. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to understand instructions and request clarification when needed. Ability to work as part of a team. Basset certification required and can be obtained upon hiring. Must be 21 yrs. or older.
