Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis. Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians in accordance with BACB supervision standards. Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure ongoing client progress. Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to promote generalization of skills. Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and reports per agency and BACB standards. Participate in team meetings and provide parent training as needed. Travel locally for in-home visits (mileage reimbursed). Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services (preferred). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Atlanta metro area. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Schedule & Compensation Part-time: Flexible scheduling (10–25 hours/week).
