This position is perfect for someone who’s ready to hustle, grow, and build a high-income role through planning meaningful neighborhood events and securing impactful sponsorships. 🧭 Role Timeline & Structure This position kicks off with a mentorship and training phase, followed by collaborative planning and eventual event execution beginning in Spring 2026. 📚 Phase 1: Sponsorship & Fundraising Mentorship (First 2–3 Months) Learn how to head up and execute sponsorship outreach Make real calls and virtual pitches to local and national businesses and secure actual sponsorships.
