O’Hagan Meyer LLC, a law firm located in the Chicago Loop, is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, monitoring aging reports, conducting follow-up on outstanding balances, reconciling client accounts, and supporting various special projects related to firm collections. You will also serve as a key point of contact for accounts receivable inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients nationwide. Prior experience in accounts receivable or collections is preferred, and experience within a law firm environment is a strong plus.
