JR. DATA ANALYST - CONSUMER FINANCE COMPANY (Van Nuys)

You may visit us at www.qualityacceptance.com. Your Role and Responsibilities We are on the verge of optimizing our capabilities and are looking for talent to join our Data Analytics team. This candidate will assist with maximizing our data mining, KPI analysis, and risk mitigation. As a Jr. Data Analyst, you will: • Collect and organize statistical data for internal and/or external purposes. • Must be able to present daily reports to leader groups and CEO in a clear and concise manner. • Suggest new ways of constructively evaluating data, risk, performance and explain business impacts. • Analyze operation activities in various departments • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: • Proficient in MS SQL • Proficient in MS Excel • Ability to work with large data sets and manipulate using formulas, computations, and pivot tables • Must be able to work in a high-volume environment with the ability to multitask • Must be creative with a thinking outside the box mentality • Outstanding attendance record Compensation and Benefits • $60k - $100k per year depending on experience and added value to the company.
