The role involves installation, configuration, and support of security systems and networks, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the field. ✅ Technical Requirements Installation and configuration of CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVR, DVR). Installation and programming of access control systems (intercom, smart locks, ZKTeco, Kantech, etc.). Technical support for Windows and Mac operating systems. Knowledge of structured cabling: coaxial, RJ45, fiber optic. Diagnosis of electronic and network failures. Experience with remote monitoring tools. Ability to interpret technical diagrams. Adaptability, organization, and proactiveness in the field. 📌 General Responsibilities Perform installation and maintenance tasks according to protocols. Conduct on-site testing, configuration, and validation. Maintain effective communication with the operations team. Document progress and report incidents. Comply with safety regulations. Assist with general tasks related to the technical area. 🎯 Additional Requirements Own vehicle and availability. Basic installation tools. Proven experience.
