Strong grasp of mathematics and statistics (e.g., linear algebra, probability, optimization). Soft Skills: Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI trends. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Field Installation Technicans will be working with a DGI employee at a client site and may include traveling with the DGI employee to the client site. We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician on a temporary basis (for approximately 4 – 8 weeks) to complete Windows 11 upgrades and perform reimaging on laptops and desktops. This would include setting up users and some end user training as needed as well as possibly replacing hard drives. The hours would primarily be Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00 but might require afterhours work but would be rare if any. The candidates selected must have pervious Desktop Support experience in a business environment including: upgrading desktops and laptops to Windows 11, reimaging and end user training.
