Must be able to blend/match textures. Carpentry includes baseboards and casing. Hanging doors is a plus. We repair closet organizers and install cabinetry. Most jobs are smaller repair work. Primary plumbing tasks include water heater detach/reset, and install of finish, toilets, and appliances- no re-pipes or heavy lifting. Opportunities for prevailing wage work performing above trades.
