Job Summary: The IPM Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining plant health through scouting, foliar sprays, root drenches and other IPM-related tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with physically demanding work. This role primarily involves cleaning and maintaining totes, keeping the warehouse organized, and assisting drivers on collection routes when needed. Schedule Typical schedule is 15 to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 5:00 am and 1:00 pm. Compensation $18.00 per hour Responsibilities Wash and sanitize 32- and 64-gallon compost totes. Keep warehouse, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and safe. Help load and unload totes of food waste when assisting drivers on route.
