(RSI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties for RSI buildings and grounds in East Central Minnesota. This position will provide maintenance support to RSI locations in North Branch, Mora, Cambridge, Princeton, Taylors Falls, Sandstone, and surrounding cities. Scheduling requirements will include Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with occasional paid call-in shifts during night and weekend hours. There may need to be some flexibility with the hours, so it does not interfere with the lives of the individuals that live in our homes. There may also be some flexibility to work five, 8-hour shifts or four, 10-hour shifts. All candidates must have a valid driver's license, meet company motor vehicle operator criteria, and successfully complete a background check.
