NOTE: I had a similar post up recently for loan processing + outbound calling. I filled the loan processing role. I am now just hiring for the outbound calling role. Moderately busy commercial mortgage broker seeking part-time remote assistant to make outbound calls to prospects. Must be good on the phone, enjoy talking with people, have strong organizational skills, be a quick learner, and have strong aptitude at math. For the calls, I will train on the offering, background knowledge, script, and usual questions. There is no commission-based component to this offer. As long as your approach is solid, you don’t have to worry about whether the people you call buy anything.
