🚛 CDL-A FLATBED • STEPDECK • CONESTOGA – GREAT PAY! 🚛 💰 PAY STRUCTURE Flatbed & Stepdeck: 30% of weekly gross revenue. Gross potential up to $12,000/week depending on miles driven. Approximate take-home (30%): • 2,500 miles → $7,800 gross → driver ~ $2,340 • 3,000 miles → $9,360 gross → driver ~ $2,808 • 3,500 miles → $10,920 gross → driver ~ $3,276 • 3,800 miles → $12,000 gross → driver ~ $3,600 Conestoga: 70 CPM (fixed rate) 🧾 EXAMPLE WITH EXTRA PAY If you run 3,000 miles → $9,360 gross + 2 tarps ($50 each = $100) + 1 oversized load ($150) New gross = $9,610 Driver take-home = 30% of $9,610 = $2,883 (Extra tarp and oversized pay are added to gross first, then 30% is paid out to driver.) 🚚 EQUIPMENT 2022–2026 Trucks: Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo 760/860 Trailers: Flatbed, Stepdeck, Conestoga 📍 RUNNING AREAS All 48 states (Not forced dispatch). Position Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance & Administration (DFA) oversees all fiscal operations of the organization including the development and coordination of budgets, audits, grants, contracts, monthly financial reporting, IT, and office management. The DFA is a member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, communicating comprehensive financial information to the staff and board, and optimizing financial processes to support the organization's mission and objectives. Responsibilities: Financial Management • Oversee the annual planning/budgeting processes and prepare the annual operating budget. Work with staff and Budget Committee to develop and implement program and organizational budgets. • Ensure that financial management systems, policies, and procedures include all appropriate controls to maintain the fiscal integrity of the organization. • Manage all accounting and financial functions, including payroll processing, accounts payable, donor payouts, accounts receivable, pledges receivable, general ledger, grant/contract invoicing, and cash flow. • Provide the Executive Director and Board Finance Committee with accurate and timely financial reports and analyses. Serve as professional staff assigned to the Finance Committee and Audit Committee. • Prepare and coordinate with external audit firm all financial information and reports necessary for timely and accurate annual audits, Federal and State tax filings, and corporate filings. • Responsible for all financial management of federal grants and contracts, as well as private and local government grants and contracts, including invoicing, tracking of expenses, receipt of payments, and grant compliance requirements. • Other assignments requested by the Executive Director.
