We are product design, light fabrication/makers, an artist. 1 space left in a shared Industrial wood/metal workshop for makers, artists, hobbyists which measures about 11Ft wide x 10Ft deep. This is a desirable corner space specifically available asap with room for a workbench and L shaped tall storage shelving with its own counter space behind you. You can do anything with your space furnishing wise- it is DIY with lite restrictions. Its $800/month for 12 months/ long term preferred. $900/month for 6 months. Located in 544 Park Avenue Brooklyn, bed-stuy industrial building. In addition to this dedicated space, you have access to all the shared workshop large machines which exist in the larger common space (table saw, jointer/planer combo machine, chop saws, drill presses, metal tools MIG/TIG welder, metal cold saw, vertical metal mill, etc.) This is an open air environment with 5 others (friendly, easy-going young, curated people) so your space is technically semi-private but no one will touch your things as everyone here is incredibly respectful. Most nights and weekends you will bump into 1 or 2 other people. During a weekday, likely 1 other person will be there. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a maker, sculptor, aspiring professional who is open to sharing for expense sake and will be equally invested in the idea of how a collective space benefits everyone.
