Key Responsibilities Perform skilled carpentry work including constructing, installing, and repairing wood structures, frameworks, fixtures, and cabinetry. Install and finish drywall including hanging panels, taping, mudding, sanding, texturing, and preparing surfaces for paint. Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces to achieve a clean, professional finish. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed. Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring all work areas meet safety and quality standards. Read and follow blueprints, construction plans, and supervisor instructions. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; maintain a professional attitude at all times. Mentor and assist less experienced team members when needed. Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements Experience: 3+ years in skilled construction trades (carpentry, drywall, painting). Licenses: Valid driver’s license. Ability to perform the physical demands of the job (lifting, climbing, kneeling, squatting, standing for extended periods). Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in carpentry, drywall, and painting. Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers, is essential. Candidates must be comfortable using softwares for timekeeping (including clocking in/out from various locations and adding job-specific notes), job management (updating progress, reviewing scopes, and uploading photos), and email communication Work Environment & Physical Demands Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Exposure to dust, fumes, mold, and allergens may occur. Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods. Duties and Responsibilities • Construction Industry experience is preferred. • Knowledge of foundation repair and applying surface coatings is preferred • Experience in grinding concrete, cutting concrete, and breaking concrete a plus. • Install epoxies and other liquid products on foundation walls, floors, and other larger flat surfaces. • Climb ladders, dig using hand tools and mini excavator, and haul material. • Painting, paint prep including sanding, caulking, and priming. • Work in confined areas such as crawl spaces. • Operate paint pumps. • Basic carpentry for forms and finishing. • Communicate with the Project Manager on progress at the job site. • Keep clean and organized job sites. • Maintain good working relationships with all company employees.
