**Project Manager** **Job Overview:** Wildhaven is a fast-growing outdoor hospitality brand with glamping resorts in Sonoma County and just outside of Yosemite NP. We are looking for a contract Project Manager to spearhead phase 2 development of our newest glamping resort from initiation to completion. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with extensive construction management experience and exceptional leadership skills to drive project success. **Responsibilities:** - Define phase 2 project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with owners. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases effectively. - Minimize exposure and risk on project. - Create and monitor budgets. - Manage RFIs & bidding process. - Manage contractors & inspectors. - Manage permit submittals and approvals. - Managing the quality and safety control for the project. - Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. - Employ organizational skills to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently. - Oversee project engineering tasks to meet technical requirements. **Experience:** - Proven experience (5+ years) in construction project management, ideally with a focus on developing hospitality/commercial projects. - Proven ability to creates timelines and budgets, and drive construction projects to completion on time and on budget. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Strong communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to present project updates and findings professionally. As a part of the site team, this position is responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment. Responsibilities: • Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete. • Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical. MHM provides all tools needed for this position. • Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed. • Maintain grounds and common areas, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, and trash pickup. • Provides on-call maintenance service, as directed. Responds to emergencies, as required. • Sets up conference room and community space, as needed. • Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. • Advises Property Manager on the overall condition of the property. • Keeps Property Manager and residents informed of scheduling and progress of maintenance work orders and scheduled physical improvements under tech’s purview. • Monitors maintenance budget and recommend revisions to budgets and advise supervisor when there are budget concerns. • Assist in monitoring the performance of site vendors for landscape maintenance and other maintenance issues. • Respect the confidentiality of resident information. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Minimum of two years in skilled apartment maintenance work required. • Must have own transportation, driver’s license and vehicle insurance that is commensurate with company policy. • Take directions from the supervisor. • Coach-ability: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement, accepting accountability when appropriate. • Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions in the English language. • Work in a collaborative manner, as a part of the site team. • Flexible to change work schedules. • Understand and commit to the mission and values of Mutual Housing. • Wear a Mutual Housing Management uniform at all times when on duty. • Learn how to input maintenance work orders and other information into computer programs. • Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check.
