We are the experts on drain maintenance and clearing, lift stations and pumps, leak detection and mitigation, water heater installation and repair, full and partial plumbing remodels, new construction, industrial operations. We service many of the commercial parks and office buildings in the Tampa area. A Plumbing/Maintenance specialist repairs individual water systems or large water facilities. This job position monitors, diagnoses, maintains, and repairs water leaks, water shortages, sewage, and pipe systems. They must have knowledge of repair and skill in maintenance. He/She handles installation, prepares needed equipment and machinery, and ensures that they are always in place. A skillful mindset and extensive knowledge in the field is the key. Must have a clean driver's license Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to follow up on jobs when needed Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Tampa, FL - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Pay: $25.00 per hour Typical 40 hrs Some Overtime Contact Frank: 727-873-8316

Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparing and managing bids for single and multi-family residential projects (typically 100+ units). • Knowledge and understanding of residential electric construction practices and install according to building codes. • Take-offs and estimation of equipment, labor and materials according to builder’s specifications and bidding tools. • Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, direct labor, manufacture equipment pricing and subcontractor quotes. • Writing proposals/bids. • Managing multiple bids simultaneously and evaluating changes through the bid process. • Evaluation of plans, looking for discrepancies and addressing them with accordingly. • Participate in contract negotiations with clients that involve scope of work and estimated quantities and values. • Assist purchasing agent in procurement of equipment and all pricing is met per contracted costs. • Sense of urgency with ability to meet guidelines. Education and Experience • Experience on single and multi-family residential projects. • Ability to communicate to installers, builders, building inspectors and homeowners install methods and code. • Possess leadership qualities and the ability to be a self-starter. • Ability to multi-task. • Five years in the Electrical trade preferred • Skilled in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents, • Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer skills with Excel competency. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Team player • Attention to detail. • Dependable and Punctual.
