Mock Jurors Needed (Chicago)

Why watch Law & Order when you can make money being part of our nation’s legal system – GET PAID to be a juror for a day. We are seeking residents of Cook (Chicago), DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, Grundy, LaSalle, and Kendall counties to serve as mock jurors for a mock trial on Thursday, October 23, 2025. ⁣ ⁣WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Adult residents of Cook (Chicago), DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, Grundy, LaSalle, and Kendall counties, ages 18-70. ⁣ Date of Mock Trial: Thursday, October 23, 2025. ⁣ Hours are from 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟔:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌 (with a 1-hour lunch break) ⁣ 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒: ⁣ ⁣• MUST BE a U.S. Citizen ⁣ ⁣• MUST BE a Cook (Chicago), DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, Grundy, LaSalle, and Kendall counties resident for a minimum of 1 year ⁣ ⁣• MUST BE 18 years of age or older ⁣ ⁣• MUST HAVE a valid Illinois driver’s license or Illinois State I.D. showing a Cook (Chicago), DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, Grundy, LaSalle, and Kendall County address. ⁣ ⁣• MUST SPEAK, READ & WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY ⁣• MUST BE ABLE to sit for extended periods, watch and listen to presentations on a screen, take notes, and complete forms on an iPad. ⁣ ⁣• MUST HAVE a minimum High School Diploma; persons with college degrees are encouraged to participate ⁣ ⁣𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐄: • You can sign up to participate at https://jrsmocktrials.com/survey. ⁣ ⁣• Please enter your information into the sign-up form only once. ⁣ ⁣• You must enter your information completely and accurately. ⁣• For more information, please read the FAQs section of our website at https://jrsmocktrials.com/faqs. ⁣• Our recruiter will contact you if we have availability and if you qualify. ⁣𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: ⁣• Location: Chicago, IL ⁣ ⁣• Compensation: $260 cash paid at the end of the session (Note: Panelists must stay for the entire day to receive compensation.)⁣ ⁣• This is a part-time job.⁣ ⁣• Principals only.
