As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair duties to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as:Plumbing - Changing faucets, fixing leaks, minor plumbing repairs - Electrical - Replacing outlets, securing loose wires, minor electrical repairs - Drywall Repair - Painting - Carpentry - Installing cabinets, fixing windows and doors, other minor carpentry work and repairs - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. - Other maintenance and repair tasks as assigned. Requirements: - Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of REAC/NSPIRE protocols is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidates. - Must be willing to travel throughout the Continental United States. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred but not required.
