What We Offer: Hourly or salary base pay PLUS aggressive commissions — average sale $40,000 Top sales reps earn $10K–$15K weekly, consistently Full benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), PTO, flexible schedule Full-time hours: 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday (weekends optional) Escondido, CA office – NO COLD CALLING – WE SUPPLY THE LEADS We provide 2–3 pre-set, confirmed appointments daily. You drive to the appointments and sit with the homeowners (central and north county SD) - Gas paid.
