Share fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room, yards, garden, etc. The Room is (12'x11'), hard wood floor, has double bed, 3 dressers, book case, closet, TV with HULU Live, Netflix, etc. Next to the bathroom and close to living room and kitchen. Full use of the kitchen. Custom bathroom with walk-in / wheelchair roll-in shower. There are 3 steps into the house but none inside. Household harmony is imperative, so NO DRUNKS, NO DOPE ADDICTS or MAGA, no Flakes, criminals or jerks welcome. Non smoker preferred, best for 1 senior female prefer non smoker. If you have a lover and it is time to stay together, find a different place, we do not need/want the drama or complications.
