We have vinyl plank and laminate installations and can keep you busy 5 days a week. Requires you have a truck and tools necessary for professional install. You need to be able to demo existing flooring, use equipment to control the dust and haul it to our facility where we have dumpsters. You need to have the skills to do proper floor prep with self leveler, you need to have a Tramex moisture meter to check all floors before installing. Maintains logs and records of work performed and materials and equipment used. Maintains and owns a variety of hand and power tools ensuing they are in safe and efficient working order. Inventories and requests equipment and supplies. Responds to call-outs and emergencies assigned with On-Call and Daily emergencies, work orders or any other job duties assigned. MT2 may instruct and guide temporary, work alternative and seasonal employees and MTI's in basic work procedures and safe working practices. MT2 May contact residents, Clients, Customers, to inform them of work to be performed. Performs other duties of a similar level or nature. The full understanding on how to use hand routers safely and accurately how to go about applying contact adhesive, laminate followed by the routing and filing is a must.
