Deliver newspapers and magazines as an Owner/Operator under agreement with our company. Reliable P/T delivery drivers needed - New York Times, Wall Street Journal and more. Minimal Driving. You can park your vehicle and walk to most of the delivery addresses. Earn up to $700-$900 every 2 weeks. Start at 3AM. Approximately 3 hours a morning (7 days a week). The Role We’re looking for a Farm Operations Crew Member to help keep our farm and facilities in tip-top shape. Your days could include: Landscaping & Grounds: mowing, planting, brush clearing, weed control, irrigation maintenance Farm Support: helping with flower crop care, soil prep, harvesting, and general upkeep Building Projects: assisting with drywall, concrete, painting, and general carpentry Facilities Maintenance: general maintenance and repair work around the farm buildings Special Projects: anything from setting up fences to moving heavy equipment and everything in between What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience in general labor, construction, farming, or landscaping (bonus if you’ve dabbled in more than one!)
