POSITIONS AVAILABLE - General Laborer Pay: Minimum wage up to $25/hr DOE Requirements: - Valid driver’s license - Ability to pass a background check - Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn - Experience: None required – we will train! - Able to lift 45+ lbs, stand long periods, work in all weather. - Basic reading, math, and writing skills. - Basic safety knowledge and attention to detail. Tile/ Floor Installer: Pay: $27-$35 HR DOE Requirements: - 3 year minimum experience - 5 year experience preferred - All general labor requirements ** WE PROVIDE COMPANY VEHICLE AND ALL TOOLS. Experienced Job-SiteLead: Pay: $22 – $35/hr DOE Requirements: - Requirements listed for general labor PLUS: - Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience. - Tenured carpenter with at least 2 years of leadership experience. - Strong communication and mentorship skills. - Safety driven and detail oriented. - Well versed in the construction industry. - Must demonstrate strong “teaching-style” leadership – guiding and mentoring others, not just supervising. - Skilled in blue print reading, cutting, fastening, and finishing. Position Overview: The Construction Crew Member will assist in the execution of construction projects under the supervision of the Foreman and other project leaders. This role involves performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including manual labor, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring the site is clean and safe. The Construction Crew Member will work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. General Labor: o Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. o Assist in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures, scaffolding, and other site installations. o Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. 2. Safety and Compliance: o Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. o Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. o Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near-misses to the Foreman immediately. 6. Quality Assurance: o Perform tasks with attention to detail to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications. o Report any issues or defects in materials or workmanship to the Foreman. Qualifications: • Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions. • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions. • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols. Work Schedule: • Standard Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours per week). • Overtime: May be required based on project needs and must be preapproved by the Foreman or supervisor.
