General Helper / Handyman – Contract Position (Tamarac)

Looking for someone with hands-on experience in moving, handyman work, driving, painting, and landscaping. This is a flexible, contract role supporting both business operations and the company owner directly. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 🔧 GENERAL LABOR / WAREHOUSE TASKS Load/unload furniture, equipment, and boxes. Assist with warehouse organization and setup. Furniture assembly and disassembly Please make sure to maintain clean and safe workspaces. 🛠️ HANDYMAN TASKS Light painting and drywall patching Basic landscaping (yard clean-up, pressure washing) Light electrical (changing fixtures, outlets) Light plumbing (faucets, clogs, minor repairs) Mounting, assembling, and installing items 🚗 DRIVING & ERRANDS Drive to pick up/drop off supplies or packages Clean and detail company vehicles Occasionally drive the boss to meetings or airport Personal errands for boss (shopping, household help) 🧰 ADDITIONAL TASKS Assist in moving and setting up furniture at home or office Support maintenance or service appointments REQUIREMENTS: ✅ Reliable transportation ✅ Valid driver’s license and clean record ✅ Experience with physical work and/or handyman tasks ✅ Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs ✅ Must have smartphone (for communication & navigation) ✅ Own tools are a PLUS ✅ Available to start immediately BONUS IF YOU HAVE: Experience driving box trucks or cargo vans Carpentry or pressure washing experience TO APPLY: 📧 Email a brief description of your experience, your hourly/day rate, and availability.
