The team keeps the units, buildings, and equipment maintained and repaired; handles unit inspections; responds to after-hour maintenance calls; ensures that the department has the required materials and supplies in inventory; works cooperatively with contractors and vendors servicing the property; and assists with keeping the maintenance shop in good order. The technician will participate in heavy lifting, appliance removal and installation, digging, cleaning, and other manual labor tasks as required.
