You must have 3+ years of experience. The Crew Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in various outdoor maintenance tasks, including landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, grading, retaining walls, etc. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and supervise a crew in performing garden maintenance, tree care, groundskeeping, and landscaping tasks - Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, excavators etc. - Build, maintain, and irrigate landscapes according to project specifications - Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards - Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures - Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service - Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment **Requirements:** - Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record - Proven experience in landscaping related field - Pictures of your work are required. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team - Knowledge of garden maintenance, tree trimming/removal, groundskeeping, irrigation systems, retaining walls, drainage, pavers, aeration, basic fertilization, holiday lighting and snow & ice removal. - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation This position offers the opportunity to lead a team in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your leadership skills in the landscaping industry. Permanent Shipper / Receiver position available with Construction Company. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am -4pm Responsibilities include: - Determine method of shipment - Schedule distribution of goods - Schedule transportation conveyances - Prepare bills of lading, other shipping documents - Assemble containers and crates - Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents - Maintain internal record-keeping system - Record shortages and reject damaged goods - Route goods to appropriate storage areas - Pack goods to be shipped - Unpack goods received - Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments - Oversee loading and unloading of goods - Backup driver when necessary - Backup shop staff when necessary Qualifications: - Good knowledge of Office programs, mainly Outlook & Word - Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others - Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines & urgency - Excellent punctuality and reliability - Willing to learn new skills and adapt as needed - Understanding of safety requirements and record keeping - Valid Drivers License Our company offers benefits after 6 months employment and wage is commensurate with experience.
