Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure that food and beverage quality meets Miss J's standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Monitor financial performance, track sales, and manage budgeting and cost control to ensure profitability. Oversee daily cleaning, food safety practices, and other regulatory compliance matters. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel. Develop staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and effective labor cost management. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure all customers receive prompt, friendly, and professional service. Address customer complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor the guest experience to ensure service, food quality, and ambiance meet company standards. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Marketing and Community Engagement: Work with the marketing team (if applicable) to develop promotional activities and local partnerships. Engage with customers through social media and in-person events to maintain a positive presence in the community. Administrative and Financial Oversight: Perform administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, ordering supplies, and reporting. Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is prepared for service and secured at the end of the day. Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of inventory. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve restaurant operations and the customer experience. Qualifications: Proven experience in restaurant or cafe management (3+ years preferred). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Financial acumen, including budget management and cost control. Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive demeanor. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The position of Tire Truck Operator/Auto Technician is a service driven, customer service position as there is customer contact while performing tire repairs and servicing autos. Employees are expected to provide friendly and positive communication with all customer and other employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct on location farm/agricultural, earth mover and semi-tire repairs. Repairs will be completed through use of tire truck with crane, and chloride pump if necessary. These tasks require the use of specialty tools and hand tools for repairs. $10.00 hourly premium paid for billable hours working on Tire Truck. Perform basic care and maintenance on automobiles including changing oil, replacing, rotating and repairing tires, small engine repairs, diagnostics, brakes, checking fluid levels, and other duties as assigned. We are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Service Associate (Base Operations) to support daily fleet operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for the daily upkeep of the vehicles, with tasks such as cleaning, fueling, and ensuring the test site is organized and presentable for operations.
